Treat people decently
No harassment, threats or picking on someone. Fighting other players where a world allows it is part of the game. Following one person around to make their evening miserable is not.
Beast Frontier is a world you share with other people. These rules are what keeps it one worth sharing. They cover chat, whispers, names, factions and anything else another player can see.
No harassment, threats or picking on someone. Fighting other players where a world allows it is part of the game. Following one person around to make their evening miserable is not.
No slurs, and no attacking anyone for their race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or where they come from. That goes for character, account and faction names as well as chat.
No bots, no macros that play for you, no modified game client, and no using a bug to get items, credits or levels. Finding a bug is never a problem, so please tell us about it. Using one is.
Don't trick people out of items or credits, don't pretend to be game staff, and don't flood chat. No advertising, and no selling anything from the game for real money.
No sexual content, and never share someone else's personal information: their real name, where they live, their photos or anything like that.
Report them. In the game, open the Nearby list (P, or Nearby in the phone menu) and press Report beside their name, or type /report Name in chat. A moderator sees what you picked, anything you wrote, and the last few minutes of chat you could see from the two of you. The player you report is never told who sent it.
Which of those happens depends on what was done and whether it has happened before. If you think a decision about your account was wrong, email support@beast-frontier.com and say what happened.
What the game stores about you, and why, is on the privacy page.
